Important Information

• Rates are valid until 30th November 2026 and subject to change thereafter.
• All rates are in US $. This includes:
  • Basic room rate
  • Breakfast
  • 10% service charge
• Additional charges:
  • Half board: $25 per person
  • Full board: $40 per person
• All rooms are non-smoking.
• Families with children are welcome:
  • Maximum of 2 young children per group booking (except for full property rental).
  • Children under 10: Free accommodation and breakfast.
  • Baby cot: Free of charge.
• Guest capacity:
  • Maximum 2 guests in Poolside Pavilion, Grand Suite, and Cave Room.
  • Maximum 7 guests in the Bungalow.
  • Extra single bed available if discussed in advance.
• Extra guest charges:
  • Children (11–17 years): $40 including breakfast.
  • Adults (18+ years): $60 including breakfast.
• Transport from Bandaranayake International Airport to Sergeant House: $100 per van/car each way.
• Check-in from 14:00 hrs | Check-out by 12:00 hrs (midday).
  • Late check-out may be arranged at management’s discretion.
• Accessibility:
  • Three upstairs rooms and steps at the main entrance.
  • Not fully accessible for the handicapped.
• Client responsibility:
  • Use of swimming pool
  • Supervision of children near lily pond

Confirmation of Bookings

• A 50% deposit of total value is required to confirm your booking.
• Balance is payable upon check-out.
• We accept Visa and MasterCard.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival: 50% of total cost.
• Cancellations received 1–14 days before arrival: 100% of total cost.
• No-shows or early departures: 100% of full room rate for entire booked period.
